Even Millionaires Sometimes Plead ‘Sell My Property Quickly!’

‘Sell my property quickly,’ is a plea that has left the lips of hundreds of thousands of homeowners in financial dire straits – even millionaires.

There are many reasons why you might ask, ‘sell my property quickly’ – but one of the biggest motivating factors is money. Or lack of it. But it isn’t just those who are at the lower end of the earning scale that are forced to consider sell house fast schemes. Spare a thought for the super-rich who could end up sitting on the property market indefinitely waiting for a buyer.

Help! Sell My Property Quickly!

The story of property magnate Maurice Robson shows that even the uber wealthy struggle when they ask, ‘sell my property quickly!’ In fact, it’s even harder for the super rich simply because there aren’t that many buyers around with a spare £40 million. Mr Robson had to put his country estate up for sale for £42 million because of his expensive divorce. It’s unlikely that he’ll get a quick house sale for the estate that features 18th century gardens and a village of 18 houses.

A Spare £42 Million?

The stately home was built in 1673, and Mr Robson is said to be distraught that he has to sell it. But he does hope to hang onto his 17th century castle in Scotland. Mr Robson inherited most of his property from his father, but has had to turn to estate agents and ask, ‘sell my property quickly’ after separating from his wife of 24 years, Chloe Robson. But Mrs Robson said that the property would have been sold anyway, regardless of the divorce.

There can’t be many properties worth £42 million – and no doubt the idea that such a property could be sold quickly is unlikely. But don’t forget the Grade-II listed hall includes a complete 18-house village! The property also features nine bedrooms. According to the Telegraph newspaper, it is the most expensive county house to have come on the open property market for five years. Previously, an estate in Northamptonshire was put up for £50 million, but had to be split and sold off separately after, not surprisingly, failing to find a buyer.

Struggling to Sell Property Fast

Many homeowners with properties valued at the national average or less are struggling to find buyers in today’s wary housing market. The days of fast house sales could be over as investors turn away from the risky property sector – if you want to sell your property quickly, you may have to seek out the services of a specialist property rescue company.
