Sell Home Fast – Escaping Neighbours from Hell

Money tends to be the motivation for a sell home fast scheme – but in some cases, nightmare neighbours can drive homeowners away.

It may seem a little extreme to opt for a sell home fast scheme because you don’t like your neighbours, but a handful of news stories reveals why some homeowners are desperate to sell their house quick. One recent report is that of a millionaire property developer who attacked his neighbour with a samurai sword. With neighbours like that, it’s not surprising that some homeowners are desperate for a sell home fast scheme.

Sell Home Fast, Escape the Neighbours

According to news reports, Simon Carson became so angry at the noisy renovations at his neighbour, Simon Korn’s flat, that he turned up on his doorstep with the sword. Carson shouted abuse before lunging at his neighbour with the sword, forcing him to protect himself by grabbing the blade with his hands. As well as cuts to his hands, Mr Carson’s wife joined in the fray by slapping Mr Korn’s wife.  Sell home fast schemes are not always just to solve financial problems!

Desperate to Sell

The case in point reveals that even the very wealthy are not immune to neighbourly spats. The judge commented that the parties involved in the foray were all of ‘impeccable character and of some means’. The sword wasn’t any old sword – but an antique samurai sword. The properties not just on any street – but a mansion block in London’s Mayfair. Even those with lots of cash may have to turn to sell home fast schemes to avoid bad feeling between neighbours escalating as it did in the Korn/ Carson case. The court heard how the couples had made regular complaints against each other and the noise from the renovation work clearly was a step too far. The Carsons were so desperate to sell their home fast after the event, they sold two flats they owned in the block at a loss of around £300,000 in order to make a hasty move.

Despite the attack with the sword, Carson was not sent to prison but ordered to sell the sword and donate the money to charity. But the court case did little to resolve the bad feeling between the neighbours, with the Korns saying they were disgusted the Carsons didn’t receive a custodial sentence adding, ‘they would have done had they lived in a council flat…it’s one law for the rich and one law for the poor.’
